Answering Machine Emulation

Screen your calls or grab a missed call after hearing the caller as they record in your voice mailbox.

Away Messaging - Text

You can invoke a display message to inform other users of the current status of your extension (ex. Gone fishin').

Audio Help User Guide

Don't rely on a printed pocket guide! Getting help with any feature is as simple as pressing the help button on your phone. Step by step instructions are voiced to you. (Requires Hard Drive Voice Mail)

Auto-Record

8 extensions can be set to record all calls, then just press the save key at the end of the call. (Requires Hard Drive Voice Mail)

Caller ID Log

Caller ID data for one hundred calls is stored in a Caller ID (CID) Table. You can review all call data, dial a stored number, or delete call data.

Call Record

Press a button if you decide to record a call. The conversation becomes a message in your voice mailbox.

Call Screening

Callers are prompted to record their name before being transferred. After the name is played, the subscriber can take the call or send it to voice mail.

Conference Bridge

The ICE system can accommodate eight, 4-party conferences simultaneously. Conferences can include a maximum of 3 outside lines or up to 4 extensions.

Cordless Digital Telephone

Leave your desk while using our cordless, multi-line, display phone. It even has a speaker!

Divert Intercom

Using the Divert Intercom feature, you can immediately forward tone ringing intercom calls to the attendant by pressing the Do Not Disturb button.

DSS Tap

Answer a call, not for you? Just press another's light (DSS key) then another if needed. Hang up to transfer, never using the xfer key.

Feature/DSS Programming

Any of the programmable buttons on the ICE phones can be programmed for features or DSS (Direct Station Selection) buttons.

Front and Back Door (or gate)

Release a front and back door or loud bell with the doorbox interface.

Headset Ready

A 2.5 mm headset jack and preprogrammed button on the deluxe telephone allow use of economic headset options.

Holding Call Answer

Allows you to place a call on hold and retrieve calls from hold by pressing the Hold button. When multiple calls are holding at an extension Holding Call Answer will access the call that has been holding the longest.

Hot Key Pad

Just start dialing digits on the ICE telephones, no need to press the speaker button or intercom key.

Integrated 8-Port Voice Mail

Eliminate worries about losing calls or missing opportunities with Tadiran's ICE advanced 8-port voice mail featuring auto attendant, dial by name directory and flexible message handling.

Meet Me Page

A page answered at any telephone by pressing the Meet Me Page connection will be made to the extension that paged.

Messaging-Call Me (Text or Voice)

A busy unattended Deluxe Telephone can be notified of a call attempt via the ICE Messaging feature. A message may be sent and received in several forms: A Call Me Message, a customized text message, a pre programmed text message (can messages) and a Voice Mail Message.

Note Pad

Store a number right in your phone in mid conversation. The caller hears nothing, you see it on the display, then press one button later to call them back.

Record

Allows a conversation to be recorded to voice mail with the touch of a button.

SMDR for Reporting

Save valuable call record data using with the included SMDR port. Print call activity or save for use in a Call Accounting Package.

Tenant Service

The ICE can serve multiple companies with specific configurations for each.

Uniform Call Distribution

Create a call center so that calls can be managed by a group. Multiple groups and login, logout as well as many call distribution options.

Voice Announce

A Deluxe Telephone has the benefit of receiving intercom calls in three ways: Voice Announce Hands-Free reply mode, Voice Announce Privacy Mode, and Tone Ringing Mode. During the Tone Ring, the LED associate with the speaker button will flash.

Voice Mail "Expert" Mode

Save time by using voice mail expert mode and its three additional features: auto-skip, auto-scan, and auto-save.
